Alot of people call and ask what do they need to bring with them upon a first visit to our office. There are a few things we reccommend to have ready when you come in:
First, make sure it is clear what you are making an appointment for, all new patients coming in for a cleaning MUST get a new patient exam and new set of xrays done before we can diagnose what kind of cleaning you need. In some cases, new patients are only coming in to take care of one problem that they are having, so make sure of what kind of appointment you are coming in for. Second, please bring photo identification with you. Third, if you are on any medication, please bring a list of the medication you are taking. Lastly, when you make your appointment, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. There are many questions our front desk staff or our dental assistants can answer for you prior to your appointment.
